Thus we did in 2003...

Also from this section we dedicate our first lines to the late Bernardino Gonzalez.

This year the prevailing economic situation was felt strongly in the test of the Electrical Power Station. Although it is certain that for years we have been depending upon the funds collection that Asociación Cooperadora makes and on the eventual fuel donations that could be obtained; the fact is that the funds collection of this year was quite bad for the Asociación Cooperadora and we got no donations, but for one made by A.M.E.T. that arrived late for the Technical Education's day test. Thus this year was no test either, since we only could endure a pair of hours with the diesel oil remaining of the previous year.
And even so we took advantage of the occasion to test a new idle roller designed by Lucas Bianchi and built in the Mechanics' Superior Cycle Workshop destined to alleviate the flutter problems of the flat belt that transmits the movement from the compound machine flywheel to the dynamo pulley. Where did the funds came from for the materials? Don't you guess? Thanks again to the Asociación Cooperadora of the Establishment!

Here the roller can be seen impeccably finished to be installed underneath the flat belt...
