A completely successful preliminary test
of the power station installations was made on 11-17-96. It was led by Laboratory's personnel and executed by
students of the 6th year Mechanics Speciality, with the double purpose of, first
being able to complete a practical work corresponding to the career's study plan;
and most important, to stay in direct touch with an installation unique in its class.
Our congratulations by the exemplary performance of this new technicians group.
We repeated the test on 11-22-96 but with a five hour duration since 1:00 PM,
with two load conditions, and with the attendance of several invited schools.
Of course, we had the aid of the same group of technicians of the previous test.
